The Kihei Arts Council was established in the early 80's as group of local Maui artists dedicated to the continued practice and education of life drawing. The once "Council" now officially "Club" continues today in much the same fashion, meeting weekly as a group and working independently and sometimes collaboratively toward a common goal of integrating skill and creativity to express ourselves, our culture, and our ideas about art.
